Hire Details and Prices

(From 1st January 2009)

Note: Prices shown are per hour	Main Hall	Meeting Room
(Except under 13s parties)
All hirers	£10.00	£8.50
Receptions / Parties etc. (with the exceptions following) must hire both rooms	£15.00
Special Under 13s party rate per party	£15.00	If not occupied by another hirer, the Meeting Room can be included free

Conditions

Hirers are expected to sweep up, bag and bin rubbish after a hire.
Payment in advance is required in all cases. There is a £5 surcharge for receptions and parties to cover some of the expense of cleaning up afterwards.
The rooms are not available for 18th birthday parties.
A refundable £5.00 key deposit is payable by all users.
Your electronic key also operates the table and chair store in the Meeting Room. Hirers are responsible for putting out tables and chairs as required, and for returning them to store at the end of a function. We do not supply table cloths.
